In Memorium
This column will be dedicated to our fallen heroes. We will be listing names, ranks and hometowns of each fallen soldier. Since this our first time running this section, this particular list is particularly long (and heartbreaking). We sincerely hope that this section will be small--even nonexistant--in the future.
May they all be remembered with respect, honor and forever hold a place in our hearts for giving the ultimate sacrifice for their country - their life. With sadness in our hearts, we present the following list of the heroes we have lost.

I did not know SPC Joseph Martinez of Las Vegas was part of SA.

Actually, some of these heroes weren't part of "SA" specifically, although we did send trees, etc to the families. We had a hard time separating SA heroes from non-SA, so we'd rather OVER-list than leave someone out. Plus, we had a lot of names (unfortunately) because this was our first IM section. From here on out, our IM section writer will be able to more easily track the SA heroes who have been lost.
